2. Photos
   
   A picture is worth a thousand words!  Your listing will have 1 - 25 photos.  We do not provide on-site photography, but can recommend professional photographers in your area.
   
   If you have a digital camera (or have a friend that does), you can easily do this yourself and just upload or email the photos to us.  You can even burn them to a compact disc and mail them if you need to.

3. Text Description
   
   Your text description will be from 50 to unlimited, depending upon your listing choice.  Be sure and include the all of the basics people will be intereested in: views, lot size, square footage, year built, bedrooms, baths ... and then put it together in an appealing manner.

4. Google Map
   
   Google's Map tool is powerful and easy to use.  It is available FREE for all listings if you want us to integrate it for you.  This is a handy tool for browsers to be able to locate your property and print out a map so they get clear directions on how to find your property. 
   
   People will often find the property and do a drive-by before contacting you.  We encourage you to use this free service, as it will be used by serious, local inquirers especially.

5. EZ Read Listing Number
   
   Using your EZ Read Listing Number,  visitors to our website can quickly find your property that you have listed for sale with us.  EZ Read Listing Numbers are provided for all listings except the economy listing.
   
   Using our EZ Read For Sale By Owner (FSBO) - 4SBO.TV listing number, browsers can be at your local 4SBO.TV affiliate website in just 3 clicks and then pop the number in to be immediately directed to your listing.
   
   This listing number can be printed on your yard sign and on your listing business cards.  Note: economy and basic listings do not include business cards or a yard sign, but all listings beginning with bonus listings do.

6. Professional, Full Color 4SBO.TV Yard Sign
   
   Our standard, 4SBO.TV yard sign is approximately 18" X 24" corrugated plastic, printed both sides in rich, full color.  It comes with stakes that easily insert into the ground and the sign.
   
   You don't want to lose the opportunity for drive-by traffic advertising of your property that you have for sale.  Our signs are easily recognized and highly visible. 
   
   They publish our website Address & Toll Free number by defautl, and may include your EZ Read Listing Number, ensuring the most broad exposure and access possible.

   In addtion to your online posting, we create a downloadable, printable PDF document for you that fits on a standard 8.5 X 11 page for all bonus listings and up.
   
   This enables buyers to print a sheet of the main information about your listing and take it with them.

8. Listing Advertising Business Cards
   
   We will mail you Listing Advertising Business Cards that come to you FREE with every bonus listing and up -- just another way to help you broadly advertise your property that you are selling.
   
   "Generic" 4SBO.TV full color business cards are available for a small fee.  (You hand write your llisting number on them).  You can also order cards that are pre-printed with your listing number.

9. Automated Photo Gallery
   
   Deluxe, Premier and Ultimate listings include automated photo galleries with 5, 10, and up to 50 photos included.  Your photos change automatically in a slide show. 
   
   The Deluxe Listing's Photo Gallery comes with up to 5 "rooms" with ten photos each.  For example, one "room" could be view and external shots, one room bedroom shots, one room kitchen shots, one room bath shots, and one room common area shots.

    If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth ten thousand!  ALL of our listings include a video posted at no addtional charge. 
    
    We can convert almost any format that you have, we can help locate a videographer for you, or have our own staff create an introductory video for you! 
    
    It is like having your own TV advertisement.  Most eople would rather view a video than read or even look at photos.  Now, you can show them what you want and tell them what you want (or have someone else do it for you).

    Note: this service effects organic search engines results pages (SERPs).  It is effective and thorough, but it takes time.  If you are looking for immediate advanced exposure, you will need to invest in one or more PPC (Pay Per Click) programs.
